Refund and Returns Policy

At West Town Bakery, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. To ensure the best possible experience for all our customers, we have established the following refund and return policy:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any baked goods, pastries, cakes, or other food items once they have left our premises.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. In the event of a timely cancellation, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the cancelled order.

This store credit can be used for future purchases at West Town Bakery and expires within 6 months of issuance.

Exceptions

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Please take a photo of the product as soon as you see the defect or issue, please.

We will do our best to rectify the situation by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Additional Considerations

Custom orders, including cakes and special requests, may require a non-refundable deposit.

Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
