Their new summer diner menu includes short rib benedicts, morning poutine, loaded baked potato waffles, vegan s’mores pancakes, Homestead veggie skillets & omelets, Juicy Lucy patty melts, meatloaf sandwiches, vegan bang mi sandwiches, rotating “Blue Plate Specials”, pie, cake, and other delicious pastries & baked goods.
Dark Matter Coffee has made West Town Bakery & Diner its own proprietary house coffee blend and has also consulted on our specialty coffee drinks. Other beverage program highlights include hot & iced teas, Bloody Marys, mimosas, bourbon-spiked coffee, fine canned beer, Roots Root Beer, and fresh-squeezed juices.
